This is my second purchase from KBS Knives and I must say that I am very pleased with the entire set! It gets slicing, cutting, and dicing jobs done so quickly that my dinner prep time has been cut in half. The sturdy and ergonomic handles fit nicely in the palm and when the knives are not in use, they can be easily tucked away in the beautiful leather roll kit, away from the kids. Definitely got my money’s worth.
